Michigan and Duke will meet on the basketball court for the Duel in The District on Feb. 21 at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., the schools announced Tuesday.It will be the first meeting of the Wolverines and Blue Devils since the 2013 ACC/Big Ten Challenge in Durham, N.C., when Duke prevailed 79-69 on Dec. 4.The Blue Devils hold a 22-8 record in the all-time series.This will be their seventh meeting at a neutral site, including the 1992 national championship game and the 1964 Final Four.
