He arrived in Norman after playing parts of three seasons at Pitt, where he averaged 12.2 points and 6.6 rebounds over 47 games (38 starts).Though a senior, Hugley has two years of eligibility remaining, per the Cincinnati Enquirer. The Cleveland native only played in eight games for Pitt in 2022-23 before stepping back to cope with mental health challenges as well as recover from a preseason injury.
